Job description

Summary: Drive CFA’s van to pick deliver food packages from warehouse to client homes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned:

• Drives van or box truck to deliver food or other items as scheduled by Director of Operations.
• Drives truck to pick up donations at certain locations.
• Loads and unloads vehicles and uses forklift and/or pallet jack to place food appropriately.
• Keeps vehicles clean and organized.
• Assists in preparation of food packages as may be required.
• Assists with general warehouse duties as required.
• Position generally works out of Saddle Brook location but may occasionally work out of other local CFA facilities as well.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and good driving record. Must be able to satisfactorily complete DOT medical exam to obtain required certification to drive commercial vehicles.
• Driving experience (for work) preferred; box truck experience strongly preferred.
• Forklift license, or ability to obtain one is required.
• Must be able to lift cases of food weighing up to 50 pounds.

This is a full time job, 8:00 AM-4:00, Monday through Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
