Beautiful Beginnings Child Care Center is committed to providing quality programming for children from infancy through pre-kindergarten. Due to our program expansion, Beautiful Beginnings has an immediate opening for a toddler teacher. He/she will work with an assistant teacher as a caregiver for eight toddlers. Work with all classroom staff/volunteers to ensure successful, nurturing experiences for toddlers. Work with the parents to set goals for their child in the program, while recognizing the parents as the most important influence in the lives of their children.

This classroom is an Early Head Start classroom so there is a strong emphasis on fostering a strong home/school connection. The teacher will work to create an environment that exemplifies the mission of Beautiful Beginnings: to provide experiences that help children grow mentally, socially, emotionally, and physically. This is a full-time position with benefit days (sick, vacation, personal, holidays) and paid health and dental care.

The teacher hired must have an associate degree with at least 24 credits in early childhood education. Salary is commensurate with education and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour

We are keeping the children in small stable groups to prevent the spread of illness. The maximum group size for this age group is 8.
