Claroty is looking for an Education & Enablement Operations Lead. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Education & Enablement department. As our organization matures, this individual will be in the forefront of building the operational processes and procedures to support the growth of Claroty’s education organization.


Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of experience leading education, training, or enablement operations
  • Project management skills - PMI, Prince2, or similar
  • Knowledge of LMS/CMS systems - MindTickle knowledge would be perfect
  • Knowledge of Project management tools - Monday, Trello, Asana, or MS Project
  • Track record implementing and managing systems and building strategy and governance of the same
  • Knowledge of the technical education market
  • Experience working within the IT sector/Software company is a big advantage
  • Technical education background is a plus

Responsibilities:
  • Owning the MindTickle Enablement platform, governance, and best practice.
  • Project and Program Management
  • Coordinating curriculum development
  • Scheduling events and booking resources
  • Managing student registrations
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure assets are relevant and up to date
  • Managing Projects within Monday, Claroty’s project management tool
  • Reconciling reports with the finance
  • Administering special projects such as live training events
  • Managing and liaising with 3rd party vendors
  • Escalation point for queries relating to education, certification, and systems pertaining.
