Sea Breeze Pools LLC is a family owned company based out of Apopka, FL. We have been in business for over 15 years. We take pride in offering exceptional residential pool services to our clients including weekly service, repairs, remodeling. We are State Licensed and Insured and have future plans to expand into the building of swimming pools.

Requirements:

• Equipment knowledge for both replacement and complete upgrades quotes.

• Need pool equipment repair experience

• Experience with remodeling process and quoting

• Strong Computer and organizational skills

• Communicate well both verbally and by email

• Efficient computer & typing skills

• Willingness to do whatever it takes

• Attention to detail

Job Description: Manage Repairs and Remodeling Projects

• Schedule and oversea remodeling projects

• Provide quotes and familiarity with equipment needs

• Coordination of subcontractors and customer relations.

• Ordering materials

Details:

• This position is primarily for residential repairs and renovations. Commercial experience is a plus.

• Must have strong computer experience - type, scan and email.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to take direction from CEO while also being self-sufficient

• Determination and motivation to meet deadlines and goals

• Education Requirements : High School Diploma/GED, College Degree a Plus

• Construction experience and repair experience.

• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
