CNUC is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide daily support and administrative assistance to the CNUC field operations team If you demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, this may be a great fit for you!

- Provide excellent customer service to all levels of employees, vendors, and guests.
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
- Process and organize incoming work requests.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of employees, customers and outside vendors.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as tracking, compiling information of interest, and project-related support.
- Create and generate reports through internal systems for data analysis.
- Read and respond to correspondence.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Assist with general office duties and provide administrative support.
- Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright and CNUC’s culture of safety and employee ownership.
- Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.

- Position may require some outside travel.
- Position may require field work, which includes, but is not limited to, pole inspections, pole equipment identification, field mapping, and driving a CNUC Company issued vehicle.
- During emergencies or natural disasters may be required to be on duty for the duration of the disaster.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, Natural Resources, or other related field and/or industry related experience preferred but not required.
- Previous administrative experience or related professional work experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat products, and data collection software (GIS experience a plus).
- Ability to travel and work in rugged terrain and inclement weather as needed.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service requiring professionalism, tact, and discretion. Communicate effectively with all levels of employees, vendors, and guests.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees, vendors, and guests.
- Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is highly preferred.
