Job Brief:

As a member of our Field Operations team in Colorado, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and upkeep of our network of cameras located along highways throughout the state. This individual must be responsible, trustworthy and have the ability to work independently to service cameras in various locations and situations.

Job Requirements:

• Provide troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and maintenance on cameras located along on the side of highways throughout the state
• In addition to working with cameras, must be comfortable working on other elements of our infrastructure including marine-type battery replacements, solar panels, pole-mounted equipment
• Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities
• Occasional coordination of work with 3rd party contractors and CDOT employees
• Must have the ability to pay attention to detail and safety requirements
• This position will require extensive travel within Colorado in order to fulfill work responsibilities. Most travel can be completed within a single work day, although there may be occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):

• Ability to troubleshoot video camera, low-voltage wiring, networking, and some mechanical issues required
• Previous experience in a Field Service capacity required
• Must be safety conscious due to the nature and location of the work
• Comfortable working 30+ feet above ground
• Ability to work overtime if necessary
• Must be able to use a multimeter to assist in troubleshooting efforts
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions, unless it conflicts with safety
• Experience with shop tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must pass drug screening
• Must have a valid driver's license & minimal violations on 3 year MVR
• Positive professional appearance and good communication skills
• Can work well in a team setting
• Ability to work with a positive and professional attitude
