Splitsville Luxury Lanes is a 2-story, 40,000 square-foot facility that offers a unique combination of dining, drinks, and bowling. Our menu features fresh-rolled sushi, gourmet burgers, hand-tossed pizzas, and chef-driven offerings. The bar hosts hand-crafted cocktails and local favorites.
Splitsville Luxury Lanes is searching for a skilled and experienced manager to join our team. We are located in the heart of the Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort here in Anaheim, CA. As a Front of House Manager, you will successfully manage and supervise the operations of Front of House operations as well as support the Back of House team, Facilities and Sales & Events teams. You will also help ensure that guest satisfaction is always met by upholding the high standards that exist within Splitsville.
Must have at least two years' experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. Our location is a large, fast-paced table service restaurant that also offers 20 luxury bowling lanes, as well as three full-service bars. Responsibilities
- Ensure that Front of House operates in an efficient way that meets our guest satisfaction standards
- Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation that may occur
- Manage and train Front of House staff, establish working schedules and assess staff’s performance
- Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers, staff and guests
- Be able and ready to communicate and/or support multiple management teams, and staff departments
- Be willing and ready to learn troubleshooting methods to help ensure bowling lanes remain operational
Requirements
- Must have at least two years of high-volume restaurant management experience
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Computer knowledge and familiarity with restaurant management software
- Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work effectively with supervisors, staff, guests, vendors and corporate partners
- Manager's Food Handler Certification (preferred)
