Upper Peninsula State Bank, with offices in Escanaba, Gladstone, Iron Mountain, Marquette, and Houghton, MI is seeking a full-time Teller to join our growing staff in Iron Mountain.

The role includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:

• Cash handling and performing teller transactions
• Responding to customer inquiries in person and over the phone
• Cross-training to assist in other areas as needed

Skills required for this position include:

• Passion for customer service excellence
• An upbeat, positive, and optimistic attitude
• Familiarity with Microsoft products, especially Word and Excel
• A strong sales aptitude, including cross-selling bank products and services to meet customer needs
• Previous cash handling experience is preferred but not required
