REQUIRED SCHEDULE: 10 PM TO 8:30 AM-WEDNESDAY TO SUNDAY

Chaupain Bakery is a busy, family-owned bakery in Laguna Hills looking to hire upbeat and friendly and fast Break Packer. Under general supervise packages bread and pastry according to orders.

Compensation: $17-$19

Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Packing

• Read and follow the production orders
• Ensure to package bread according to the wholesale invoices.
• Make sure the packaging is accurately filled during each shift to record the total number of pieces delivered to wholesale.
• Accurately adjust total invoice/invoice to reflect any missing product.
• Clean and organize baking/production area after product packing is complete (sweep, sanitize tables, organize packing bins, speed racks
• Operate company-owned vans to facilitate delivery of pastries, breads, dry goods and supplies to bakery and from bakery.

Qualifications:

• Must be available for Saturday, Sundays and holidays
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on your feet the entire shift
• Reliable and being on time

• The employee is constantly required to use hands and fingers to feel, handle or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee is sometimes required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and walk.
• The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to read order information and communicate orally and in writing.
• Must be able to drive a company van.
