Home Care Field Supervisor
Job description
Locally owned and operated home care franchise is looking for a field supervisor position to coordinate care with our clients and supervise caregivers. Always Best Care Boulder County is a non-medical home care agency that services seniors in their journeys of preserving their independence.
This role is a full time salary position Friday-Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursdays off, management/administrative position.
Responsibilities:
- Supervisory visits every 60-90 days
- Introductions of caregivers to clients
- Monthly staff trainings
- Weekly orientation skills training
- On-call schedule 3-4 days a week
Qualifications:
- Healthcare/caregiving experience
- experience supervising other staff
- CNA preferred
Working schedule is negotiable
