Rate of Pay: Full-Time $13.00 - $15.00/ hour DOE
Full-Time | MON - FRI | 8AM - 5PM
Qualified individuals will be hired on-site for a prompt start date.
SUMMARY
HR Recruiter is needed to provide full cycle recruitment for Home Health Agency.The primary responsibility is the finding and recommendation of the best candidates for open positions in our company as a member of Human Resources. Think of it as matchmaker between candidate(s) and department(s) in an expedient and cost effective manner.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with departments to determine recruitment needs and post job ads
- Disposition applicants and candidates based on qualifications and requirements
- Source viable alternative recruitment paths/processes and reviewing cost mitigation factors and opportunities
- Assist with the credentialing, background and orientation processes as needed, a team player
- Other duties as assigned

- Must be comfortable handling complex scheduling demands and managing multiple tasks
- Can maintain good organization, customer service, communication and time management
