About the position:

The HVAC Technician position is to focus on the core of our business. This person would be working with both commercial and residential customers while building long lasting relationships! That lifelong relationship starts with YOU! A confident HVAC Installer will demonstrate a seamless and convenient solution to every customer needs. The HVAC Installers expectations:

* EPA and TDLR certifications are required.

* A prompt friendly attitude with all customers

* Properly remove and dispose of old equipment and or ductwork.

* Ensure that all parts and material is on site prior to starting the project.

* Able to install a new system/s per the manufacture’s guidelines.

* Install and connect new Tstats if required.

* Upon completion leave the residence in equal or better condition than when you arrived.

* Ability to educate the customer on the operation of the system and the care and maintenance of it. Document service performed, pictures and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records in Service Titan

* Collect the information for warranty purposes and put into Service Titan

* Provide the customer with the manuals that came with the unit/s.

* When the customer wins, YOU win, the team wins, and the company wins.

Training

* Paid Job Training and Classes to Increase Your Skills

License Renewals

* We Pay for All License Renewals and Tests

Experience: Minimum 3 years HVAC experience preferred

Benefits: Medical- Dental, Vision, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Aflac

Bonus Pay – Hourly and Commission pay.

Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM

Afterhours and weekends when scheduled.
