CSI - Coker Service Inc. is seeking a highly experienced HVAC Service Technician to become an
HVAC Service Trainer to train our service Technicians. This is not a remote position, need to live within a commutable distance.
We are a 38 year-old, impressive, state-of-the-art teaching and service facility for developing refrigeration technicians.

The Refrigeration Service Trainer & Remote Troubleshooter position is a part-time position and prefers local candidates.

Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for supporting less experienced technicians through remote phone and video technology.
- Is knowledgeable of and adheres to all institutional, and educational policies and procedures.
- Perform technician training and ongoing development.
- Own the primary responsibility of aiding our technicians in the achievement of our company goal (i.e. to give our valued customers a consistent value-added approach) while delivering a Customer First experience.
Successful candidates will have the following requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience working in the HVAC/Refrigeration industry.
- Minimum 5 years experience working as a Service Technician.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with the installation and repair of all types of light commercial heating and refrigeration equipment.
- Universal EPA 608 required.
- Preferred but not required - one NATE certification, HVAC Excellence certification, LEED Certification, RSES Certification, and/or HVAC/R technical trades school diploma with continuing education classes.
- Solid foundation of Superheat & Sub-cooling, thermodynamics, electrical, ohms law, and electromechanics.
