Our office is located inside Affordable Spas and Pools building at 4343 Main Street, Springfield, OR 97478.

We are currently looking for the right person to work in Springfield 24 hours per week Monday - Friday. 10am-3pm or 10am-2pm. There is some flexibility with the schedule. This position is mostly housekeeping, meal prep, and ADLs. Client is a frail elderly female that will require encouragement with eating and drinking.

We are looking for a motivated, self-driven individual with patience and a kind heart. We need individuals desiring to learn new skills while working with veterans and elderly clients. We are a newer health care agency with incentives implemented to retain staff and maintain high morale among our caregivers.

Responsibilities include:

- Personal care involving: bathing, dressing/undressing, grooming, toileting
- Transfers to/from bed/wheelchair
- Housekeeping, laundry, cooking
- Companionship activities
- Transportation assistance

Qualifications:

- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a good command of the English language to effectively communicate orally and in writing the tasks associated with the client's care

-Must pass a background check

While experience is a plus, it isn't necessary. We are looking for committed caregivers willing to go the mile and will train candidates who possess a good attitude. Base pay is $17-$21 an hour depending on experience. We pay more with CNA certification and offer weekend/NOC differential.
