The Inclusive Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a Business Leader who lives in the local area and ideally has established relationships in the Disability Community and is available to work 40 hours per week. The Inclusive Talent Acquisition Specialist will report directly to the Program Manager at JEC while having daily interaction with Employer and Job Seekers. The role of the Inclusive Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a combination of business development, candidate sourcing and partnership building to provide both on-the-ground sourcing and eventual support of candidates with disabilities at a local automobile manufacturer. The Inclusive Talent Acquisition Specialist ensures the achievement of disability hiring and retention goals. Key responsibilities also include supporting the pre-employment process, onboarding, and training process, and providing disability awareness training to both business leadership and hourly team members as requested by the business. ​The Inclusive Talent Acquisition Specialist will adhere to all facility COVID & other safety procedures while on site. This position is an on-site position located in Princeton, with a starting salary range of $25-$27 hourly.
