Required skills

Ability to function independently based on assigned tasks and responsibilities
Ability to work well with others in IT and the business
Experience supporting Android tablets and applications
Experience working in an industrial environment to support non-technical personnel
Experience using Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management
Experience with security certificates for mobile devices
Experience with Android networking and troubleshooting
Willingness to support other non-Android industrial software especially for Windows computers
Lives in the Houston area with work performed primarily onsite at Braskem's Laporte plant
Willingness to travel, when necessary, to other Braskem US sites in TX, WV & PA – travel will be less than 20%
Experience with ticket management especially using Service Now
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
