BSET, LLC is recruiting for the position of Intel and Operations Analyst. This is a regular full-time position located in Kapolei, HI. This position reports to the Director of National Security Initiatives.


JOB SUMMARY:

Intel and Operation Analyst will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and integrating USARPAC intelligence and operational efforts across the organization. The candidate will analyze information and develop solutions to operational problems. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex issues by identifying the relevant data, building queries to pull and combine that data, developing dashboards and reports that effectively communicate the message of the data to non-technical audiences, and creating insights from the data.


Proficient and familiar in intelligence and military operational issues facing operations within the USARPAC Area of Responsibility. The candidate will be goal-oriented with a history of driving innovation and skillfully working across organizations to build consensus and support. The ideal candidate is drawn to opportunities and innovation, enjoys teamwork, and regards critical thinking and problem solving as fascinating and essential. Need to think strategically and act tactically, as appropriate


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Plan, integrate, and synchronize the process that supports intelligence operations by converting and refining collected information for reporting to commanders, decision-makers, intelligence analysts, and other consumers through a collection of related functions.
  • Researches, gathers, and analyzes information from all intelligence disciplines to determine potential threats and possible courses of action.
  • Implements and disseminates strategic and tactical intelligence.
  • Determines priority and reliability of incoming information.
  • Requires knowledge of a full-range of concepts, principles, and practices in network intelligence analysis and skills in applying this knowledge to difficult, multiagency work assignment.
  • Analyst will provide architecture analysis, acquisition, operations, and sustainment support for existing and new capabilities.
  • Analyzing threat intelligence and security related activities for the development of operations and exercises including risks to the force and mission and specific actions for the organization or units to consider.
  • Build data sources and ultimately use analytics to increase the operational effectiveness for new and existing concepts and capabilities into exercises.
  • Produce and lead broad and complex studies and analysis. Maintain reporting statistics and assess past collection to assist staff in determining the impact of their operations and shaping future collection.
  • Participate in conferences, working groups, and exercises either in person or via VTC as directed.
  • Based on the assignments, the analyst will assist in developing new or modified work methods, innovative approaches, and alternative uses of new or available data sources.
  • Work with all functional departments as required to ensure continued customer satisfaction, compliance with corporate policies and standards, and to maintain high ethical standards.
  • Personally model TDX International (TDXi) values of integrity, safety, honesty, engagement, responsibility and performance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


  • 8-10 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ operational experience in the Indo-Pacific Theater; prefer Joint Specialty Officer and/or Joint/sub-unified headquarters experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Proficient in working with MS Office program and Shared Portal
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Top Secret clearance
