International HR Business Partner
Area: Betz court, Orefield, PA (USA)

WHAT WILL YOU BUILD YOUR SUCCESS ON:

• Management of all HR administrative processes from entry to exit: onboarding and offboarding, compensation & benefits, promotion processes
• Prepare, review, and process bi-weekly and/or monthly payroll for 50+ coworkers in various countries around the globe, with a focus on the US and Canada, in cooperation with local consultants
• Advise and support our managers and coworkers on labor law topics
• Define labor law requirements when opening a new subsidiary or a new country
• Support in various HR projects for the further development of our organization

THE FUNDAMENT OF YOUR CAREER:

• Bachelor's degree in economics with a focus on Human Resources and/or several years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of various state and federal labor laws
• Fluent in English; Good level of French is considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
