WelCare is a high complexity laboratory servicing clients in New Jersey. We are expanding and are currently looking to hire Sales Representatives to join our team!

We are interested in experienced, driven and confident individuals to share in the success of our organization.
Majority of the job will be outside in the field, calling on prospective clients everyday. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. In doing so, you will analyze the needs of your clients and deliver high-quality, cost-effective laboratory services.

The main responsibilities for the position of Sales Representative are:

Prospects and networks with new clients through a variety of methods, including cold calling.
Advance the company’s success through bringing on new accounts.
Generate sales through existing WelCare leads.
Utilize existing relationships/leads and create new ones with various marketing strategies.
Provide sales support for uncovered territories to maximize sales success.
Able to work independently, while communicating with sales leadership as required
Strictly adheres to all HIPAA compliance

Requirements:
Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience working with a diagnostic clinical laboratory outside sales
Strong understanding of clinical testing and specimen requirements
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
High degree of professionalism
