- Hiring motivated individuals who can work full time.
- The candidate must have several years of landscape & supervisory experience.
- Willing to assume responsibility for crew activities & performance.
- Responsible for job site management including crew members, materials, & time.
- Completion of daily job site reports.
- Desire to grow in responsibility & become a vital part of company management.
- Ability to train & develop crew members while maintaining a safe & stable work environment.
- Prefer to stay at one job for at least 5 years.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to acknowledge when you make a mistake.
- Take control of the situation to achieve the desired results.
Job Type:
- Full-time.
Salary:
- $14.00 to $24.00 / hour.
- Salary optional after 90 days. $14-$24 per hour before 90 days.
