Job description
Contribute to the planning and implementation of program goals, objectives, personnel, resources and equipment. Implement the approved program plan objectives, timetables, expected outcome and measures for assigned areas of responsibility.
Organize, manage and coordinate operational and administrative processes, in conjunction with Clinic Director.
Identify opportunities to improve program's efficiency; coordinate care delivery, workflow; oversee scheduling, registration, discharge and billing processes for the person(s) receiving services according to clinic procedure.
Responsible for leading groups as needed.
Support and act as a program resource for other staff members.
Provide direct care relative to diagnosis and therapeutic management independently, using consultation where appropriate.
Monitor staff schedules to ensure that appropriate staffing levels are available to facilitate care in a timely manner.
Participate in chart audit process for clinic clients.
Notify attending physician as required for non-routine care or other unusual medical circumstance.
