ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Communicate all required maintenance and new loans to Oklahoma City headquarters
Accurately complete transactions, including mailed payments and disbursement fees
Assist customers with various issues by phone
Pull and review daily reports
Prepare verifications and payoff notices to third parties vendors
Work paid loans
Scanning images of loan documents and performing check-back of scanned images
Share responsibility for completion off all departmental objectives
Perform other job related duties and special projects as requested

REQUIREMENTS
Customer service oriented
Outstanding listening and communications skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn banking software applications
Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
Organized and detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines
Critical thinking and reasoning skills
Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor
Must work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude
Work well under stress and deadline while managing multiple tasks
Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the department
Self-starter with an excellent work ethic
Regular attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
Accounting experience/knowledge
Prior loan transaction experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, and scanner and facsimile
Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials
Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 10 pounds
