We continue to grow & promote our associates and are interviewing experienced and skilled Maintenance Technicians to travel between sister properties within 12-mile radius: Azola West Palm Beach and Casa Brera in Lake Worth.
We are interviewing experienced Maintenance technicians to join their team. The ideal candidate has 3 years or more of apartment maintenance experience, is HVAC certified (Type 1 & 2 or Universal), strong with HVAC, plumbing & appliance repair and is a team player.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years apartment maintenance experience
- HVAC Certification required (Type 1 & 2 or Universal)
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry & sheetrock
- Skilled in appliance repair
- Ability to prioritize work
- Excellent customer service skills
- Skilled in use of computers and online aps, preferably with working knowledge of Yardi & HappyCo
- Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others & have strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Provide own tools
- Ability to take after hours and weekend on–call emergencies (rotation basis)
