Interested in being a part of an exceptional team and a premier continuing care retirement community? Chateau Girardeau is currently seeking qualified applicants for employment in the position of Full-time Maintenance Worker.
Key Job Responsibilities Include:
- Perform building maintenance such as remodel of apartments and houses
- Perform electrical repairs and plumbing
- Perform various other maintenance tasks as assigned
Hours of work are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Overtime may be required as needed. Required to be on call for one week per month.
Minimum qualification of 5 years of related experience required. Must have the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Before appointment, applicant must be able to successfully complete background check and drug screen.
