We are looking for Master Level Social Workers and Therapists in the following counties, Vigo, Clay, Parke, Vermillion, and Sullivan, who want to make a difference in the lives of individuals, families, and communities.

Description

The nature of the programmatic and modality work performed by this position includes Home Based Services, Adoption and Guardianship Support Services, Family Preservation Services, and Family Centered Treatment services. This role provides home visitation and therapeutic services for clients who are actively involved with the Indiana Department of Child Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, goal-oriented, time-limited therapy to families who need assistance in recovering from physical, sexual, emotional abuse, and neglect.
• Engage and assist the family's participation in the treatment planning process.
• Accompany and support family for court appearances.
• Demonstrate respect and cultural sensitivity.
• Always maintain strict confidentiality.
• Visit clients’ homes at the minimum of once a week.
• Engage in weekly supervision and address risk management areas to ensure safety.
• Ensure that services are provided Effectively, Efficiently, and with Evidence.

Requirements

• Master's degree & eligible for licensure or licensed (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage, and Family Therapy)
• LSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LMHC-A, or LMFT-A

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $32.50 per hour
