Job description
1st Impressions Landscape & Garden Center is looking for energetic and driven individuals who want to join our growth and success as we strive to be the Premier Landscape Company and Garden Center in Central Ohio. This position is responsible for maintaining the grounds of both commercial and residential customers, in a safe, efficient, and quality manner. Work includes mowing, string trimming, edging, leaf removal, and weeding.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
Perform general mowing and maintenance tasks as directed by Mowing Crew Leader and Production Supervisor.- Provide outstanding quality work.
- Perform routine maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
- Take an active role in all training programs.
- Present a professional and friendly image; maintain a clean and neat appearance.
- All other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be dependable, have a positive attitude, willing to work in all weather conditions, and to work effectively on a team. High school/GED degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with operating and maintaining variety of mechanical and motorized equipment preferred. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Full-time, non-exempt position, benefits eligible
Wages starting at $16.61 per hour.
