Columbine Health Systems is a leader in providing long-term care and services since 1971. Our locally owned and operated healthcare continuum offers a spectrum of services including independent living, assisted living, rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, medical equipment, pharmacy services, home care, hospice care, and care for those with memory impairment.
Columbine Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist for one of our Northern Colorado Skilled Nursing Facilities in Fort Collins, CO. This part-time, open position is ideally 2-3 days/week, estimated between 10-20 hours per week with potential to get additional hours.

Occupational Therapist
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Dora license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Colorado.
- Experience in geriatrics, long-term care or subacute rehab preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare documentation and guidelines preferred.
- New grads welcome.
Compensation
Starting wages: $48/hour + potential for shift differential
