A local CPA firm is seeking a courteous, professional client relations specialist and social media coordinator.

Responsibilities include:

- Greeting clients

- Answering phone

- Maintaining office supplies

- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments

- Assembling tax returns & tracking missing data

- Accepting and processing invoice payments

- Copying and scanning documents into computer

- Working in accounting software programs related to administrative assistant responsibilities

- Having the ability to maintain complete confidentiality

- Social Media Experience preferred but not required

- Skills: Basic WORD, EXCEL, E-MAIL, Google Docs

- Attributes: Reliable, dependable, organized, detail-oriented, conscientious, responsible, loyal

- Education: High School graduate required, associate’s degree preferred

- Experience: Previous experience working in an office with references available
