Job description

You will be part of a growing business division and team, and successful candidates will receive training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability to other teams and greater promotional opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the business by creating work orders and recording accurate information for route scheduling and maintenance
  • Daily review of paper work and data entry
  • Monitor emails and respond as needed to support daily operational duties
  • Review sales contracts and submit quotes as you learn how the business operates
  • Assist in resolving safety, service, and operational issues
  • Perform route and safety audits
  • Assist billing with processing payments and other financial responsibilities as needed
  • Work with company software to complete operational tasks
  • Communicate with employees about scheduling, maintenance, and service issues.
  • Work closely with management to learn the day to day operations

Qualifications/Knowledge/Critical Skills

  • Microsoft Office 365
  • MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
  • Aspiration for further training / leadership opportunities
  • Valid driver's license required

Physical Demands/Environmental Factors

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
  • Occasionally required to stand and walk.
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Sporadic local travel required.
