Technical Marketing Operations Coordinator
This is a Hybrid Role - MUST reside in Miami
Long Term Contract 3-6 Months
***Adobe Campaign Experience is HIGHLY preferred***
Pay Range: $28.00-$30.00/hour (based on experience)
Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Operations, the Coordinator, Operations is primarily responsible for supporting the ongoing execution of cross-channel an omni-channel marketing campaigns for membership base. The incumbent performs day-to-day operational tasks including managing campaign development and execution, maintaining marketing process documentation, and monitoring systems performance.

Specific Expected Contributions
- Works with cross-functional Marketing team members to manage day-to-day marketing processes including creative assets, campaign criteria, data validation, and email campaign testing.
- Supports development and completes updates of all outbound marketing campaigns including validating target audience groups, testing, validating, and deploying campaigns.
- Validates email campaign set-ups including campaign rule application, campaign segmentation, email creative testing, link validation, and email preferences functionality.
- Conducts validation of offers and discounts across channels including functionality testing on websites and call center application, target audience validation and content/link validation.
- Monitors email campaign deployment and file processing activities related to direct mail and telemarketing campaigns from campaign run to completion.
- Supports fulfillment activities for direct mail and offer premiums, including premium inventory setup and management.
- Monitors automated marketing processes to ensure operational success.
- Works independently and collaboratively to generate timely results and push business initiatives forward.
- Acts as a liaison with Information Technology (IT) when needed to execute on objectives.
- Performs other reasonable job duties as requested.
