Job description

The Outside Pre-Sales position is a client-facing role with a quota focused on the number of appointments scheduled. Individuals in this position work closely with our Service Representatives by assisting in the coordination of complimentary inspections for potential customers within their assigned territories. This includes door knocking in assigned neighborhoods, sharing the Refresh Exteriors story with potential customers, encouraging individuals to schedule a complimentary inspection with one of our storm damage experts, and clearly communicating scheduled appointments with your designated Sales Representative.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setting appointments for free inspections with potential customers in storm impacted areas
• Coordinating scheduled appointments with Sales Representatives
• Confidently telling the Refresh Exteriors story
• Maintain consistent, transparent communication with your Outside Pre-Sales Manager and designated Sales Representative

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Accountable self-starter with a strong drive for success
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a consistent work ethic
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Capable of thriving in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Approachable, friendly demeanor with outgoing presence

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Capable of spending time on your feet walking door-to-door throughout various seasons
• Maintaining a clean background in order to obtain solicitation permits within designated territories

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Sales, canvassing and/or customer service experience a plus

Pay: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
