Job description
The Amherst NH Parks & Recreation Department is accepting applications for a seasonal Maintenance Employee (April 1 - November 30) . This 40 hours per week position includes, mowing, field preparation, cleaning buildings and facilities, landscaping, trash removal and other duties as assigned. Applicants should contact the Amherst Parks & Recreation Department or click on the link to fill out an application. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. This job does require heavy lifting, a valid driver’s license and the ability to work in extreme temperatures. Applicants must also have the ability to operate landscaping equipment. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a clean driving record.
