Blue Sail will feature a variety of beach & pool items, home decor, tabletop, jewelry & accessories, shoes, clothing, spa items, & handmade custom products exclusive to Bald Head Island!

Booty will feature a variety of treasures, snacks, candy, and fun for all ages, even our customers' furry friends!

Come join our team as we prepare for a fun and enjoyable summer on Bald Head Island! We are looking for someone interested in working for the summer and/or post season! Our 2 adjoined stores are set to open in beginning - mid June. Part time and full time positions available.

• RETAIL/SALES EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED!

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Provide a fun, full service experience to all customers.
• Ringing up customers.
• Helping with daily store operations.
• Restocking and helping with merchandising product in store.
• Effectively communicate all store needs to Owners.
• Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities promptly.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Prior retail sales experience NOT NECESSARY!
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Stand for long periods of time.
