We are seeking Patient Treatment Co-ordinator to help welcome and assist patients visiting our state-of-the-art dental office. The Patient Treatment Co-ordinator is responsible for maintaining the reception area and answering multiple incoming phone lines. As a Patient Treatment Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for greeting any visitors or patients, answering multi-line phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, present treatment plans, verify patient's insurance benefits with insurance companies, and answering questions regarding our services.
We are a very fast paced and upbeat environment dental office. Front office team ensures that Dr. Rupani and our clinical team to have everything they need to treat our patients in a timely and efficient manner. We are willing to train the right personality.
Ability and willingness to learn front-office and back-office clinical area work will help the associate in this role to understand the dental intricacies very closely and become a true asset for the office team.
Patient Treatment Co-ordinator Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone.
- Greet and direct guests entering the building.
- Answer questions and provide information to visitors and guests.
- Verify patient's insurance benefits with insurance companies over the phone
- Process payments and charges for services during patient checkout
- Present treatment plans and discuss payment options with patients
- Post insurance payment to patient's ledger in our dental software system
- Do any communications with patients that are needed as part of dental office requirements
The candidate must have full-time availability Monday-Friday from 7:40 AM - 5:00 PM.
