All Metro Health Care, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for processing weekly payroll accurately and timely. You will report to Area Director or Branch Manager.

You will...

• Responsible for the preparation and processing of weekly payroll for field employees.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of approved timesheets; track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions.
• Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
• Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
• Understand proper taxation of employer-paid benefits.
• Process correct garnishment calculations and compliance.
• Process manual checks.
• Respond to employee inquiries.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of payroll experience preferred
• 1+ year home healthcare experience preferred
• Bilingual in English & Spanish speaker required

Pay: $17.00-$19.00/Hourly

Schedule: M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM
