Direct Support Professional - seeking dynamic and team-oriented individuals to provide services for adults with ID/DD in individual’s own homes. Staff in these positions will assist the individuals we serve to have as much control as possible over his/her home, provide assistance in various areas which may include health maintenance, money management, shopping, cooking, ADL skills, socialization, establishing meaningful relationships and community involvement.
Part Time/Per Diem. Flexible schedule. Day, evening, weekday and weekend hours available. These positions are < 20 hours per week.
Minimum Qualifications –
High school diploma / GED
· Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Acceptable driving record, valid driver’s license.
Acceptable CORI and background fingerprinting check required.
