Job description
Will train the right person! Set schedule! Four mornings a week. Work in a smaller, unique kitchen environment, with a core crew. (It's a restaurant/bar located inside of a bookstore! We have live events, including music, comedy, and more!).
Prep Cook will be responsible for:
-Preparing and plating on-menu dishes for service
-Prepping the line daily to prepare for business
-Collaborating with the Kitchen Manager on menu development
-Making recipes of sauces, dressing, soups, etc.
-Assisting with prepping and baking baked goods
-Washing dishes as needed
-Unpacking orders and maintaining a clean workspace
-Works well both independently and within a team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
