Hours: 9:45 pm to 6:00 am
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work collaboratively with the Operations team to develop policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements.
- Perform Leadership duties involving contact with and exposure to highly confidential materials and information.
- Provide employee support, assist employees, and manage issues while providing seamless customer service.
- Participate in group staff meetings, employee events and attend other meetings and seminars as assigned.
- Work independently and as part of a team in all areas
- Leadership and Execution of the 5 Missions of the Workplace; Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale
- Follow up to assure all safety standards are being followed.
- Coach, teach and follow up on the implementation of standards and principles.
- Work with team leads for containment of non-conforming parts and establish containment parameters.
- Follow up on monthly training topics.
- Assist in prioritization of meeting customer demand.
- Assist teams in Kaizen’s and continuous improvement activities.
- Follow up with appropriate team lead and/or Supervisor to communicate issues/concerns as needed.
- Promote a positive and total team environment.
- Build rapport based on trust and respect.
- Encourage engagement and ownership at all levels.
- Set example of integrity and ethical behavior and holds others accountable to Autoliv standards.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven 5+ years’ experience in Leadership position
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities change daily.
- Detailed-oriented and proven ability to think creatively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions in a timely manner.
- Self-directed, yet effective working part of a collaborative team
- Responsive and customer-focused
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
