We are looking to hire Production Superintendent at our location Houston, Texas

Responsibilities

This is just a high-level overview of the role

Implement and maintain Company Safety Policies within the team. Oversee department operations and staffing to reach production deadlines for both the DRY and POLYMER business. Train and oversee staff, including in safety and regulatory compliance. Adjust schedules, obtain materials, maintain equipment, housekeeping, and improve product flow. Participate and lead continuous improvement activities with the team.

• 
  Requires an Associate Degree or equivalent or five years or more work experience.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP, databases, spreadsheet, and business systems knowledge is preferred.
• Prior experience leading teams in a production environment; oversee and train Coordinators/Operators on creating process orders for production departments.
• Analyze, investigate, and report issues with the finished goods and raw materials inventory.
