Public Works Summer Laborer

Kennett Township is looking for summer help to mow grass, pull weeds, and other parks and grounds maintenance work. Must be able to work independently and be able to work outdoors. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a pickup truck while pulling a landscape trailer. Must be able to drive zero-turn mowers and operate weed eaters and chain saws. This is a four day, up to 40 hours a week, temporary position from May 1st through September 2023. Wage is commensurate with experience and ranges from $15-$20 per hour.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
Experience:
- Groundskeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
