Recruiting Assistant Compensation: $15.00- $16.00 per hour (Based on knowledge, experience, store franchise and volume)

Recruiting Assistant Job Duties and qualifications:

• Answering incoming phone calls/emails/texts from potential candidates
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods (local advertisement, social media, and referrals)
• Text qualified candidates, schedule interviews, and follow up from interviews
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data base
• Work closely with other team members and to ensure that candidate needs are met
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Professional appearance with a strong work ethic
• Proudly represents dealership with a professional image, positive attitude, and clean work are
• Good social and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
• Computer literacy including MS Office and social media
• Valid Driver License is required
