College Athlete Advantage (CAA) provides high-quality college recruiting services for student-athletes and their families. We work with high school athletes to mentor and prepare them for the world of college athletics. We are a collaborative, rewarding, and supportive organization, whose goal is to help guide the college-bound athlete to find their best collegiate fit. We want to know and understand our student athletes so then we can promote and advise them to the proper colleges.

What we're looking for:

A sports background, specifically with college recruiting is desirable. Along with knowledge in recruiting, a potential advisor must have motivation to sell and prospect high school or transfer athletes.

Right now, we are hiring for the following roles for regional advisors:

• Women's softball
• Soccer

Being able to find new athletes that fit the CAA mission is an essential part of the position. Once an advisor takes on an athlete, then they must be able to properly advise and guide a family through the college selection process. This entails video, evaluation and promotion.

Our positions are strictly commission-based. As a regional advisor, the pay range is $30,000 to $150,000.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
