Position: Regional Manager – Field Operations with a CDL

Location: Piceance and Powder River Basins

Based out of Vernal UT, Parachute CO or Rifle CO to service our Mid-Rockies region (Piceance Basin, CO and Green River Basin, WY)

Kathairos Regional Managers are responsible for the management and coordination of safe transportation of liquid nitrogen from local production and storage facilities to customer locations. They will work with dispatch and direct Field Supervisors and Drivers to ensure all aspects of the business from an Operations standpoint will be addressed.

Roles and Responsibilities – will include, but not be limited to the following:

• Help build out a new operational area including Field Supervisor and Drivers
• Driving our purpose-designed and built liquid nitrogen transportation trucks will be required on occasion as we build out the region and team.
• Complete proper pre/post-trip inspections on truck and perform minor repairs (e.g. air leaks, lights, mudflaps)
• Safely load/unload and transport liquid nitrogen to various locations in purpose-built trucks.
• Coordinate with customers in logistically loading and delivering microbulk nitrogen tanks to locations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on our assets (tighten fittings, leak monitoring, and install / replace minor tank devices)
• Provide initial training to new employees and conduct regular training and coaching to all employees.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on-time (e.g. log books, trip sheets, nitrogen fill tickets)
• Complete Health, Safety and Environment training / documents as required.

Requirements:

• Experience leading a team of Field Supervisors and Drivers
• Valid CDL.
• Willing to obtain OR have Valid Tanker and HazMat endorsements.
• Must meet all DOT requirements.
• No more than 1 citation and 0 at-fault accidents within the last 3 years
• Cryogenic experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Off road oilfield hauling experience considered an asset.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol test.
• Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
