We're looking for full time RNs to come join our Valley View team of world class nurses in our Surgical Department. Come work for an independent nonprofit hospital in the heart of the Colorado Mountains! We are looking for experienced Surgical RNs to join our Team. Valley View Hospital is a Level III trauma center with 5 state-of-the-art surgical suites. We offer Robotics (Exactech, Mako, Stealth, DaVinci), General, Eyes, Ortho, Brain/Spine, GYN, ENT, Neuro, Plastics, Urology, Oral, Ortho/Spine Trauma. Prefer RN's that can both scrub and circulate.
Both 3- 12's (0700-1930) and 4-10's (0700-1730) shifts available; both with call rotation (typically 1 night shift every other week and 1 weekend every 9th week but can be variable).
Monthly Retention Bonus of $31,604 for 2023, subject to taxable withholding. For this particular OR position payout will be as follows: $1592/month paid on the second paycheck of the month, from January 2023 – December 2023 with remaining annual retention bonus amount of $12,500 paid in January 2024. Must be employed at the time any of the above payments are made. This is for this particular position; not available with all positons at Valley View.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Colorado RN license or ability to obtain.
BLS obtained through the American Heart Association
2 years intraoperative RN experience with routine surgical skills in circulating is required; scrub experience is a plus.

SALARY RANGE:
‎$33.99 to $49.98/hour (BSN)
Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, BSN, MSN
$2.25/hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm.
$4.00/hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm - 7:30am.
Eligible for a Transitional/Relocation bonus for those that qualify (2-year commitment required/Internal candidates not eligible)
Current monthly retention incentive $$ paid in addition to rate.
Annual Bonuses based upon organizational and individual performance.
