CertaPro Painters of Eastside Seattle is the best in residential and commercial painting. We are looking for a motivated Residential Sales Associate to join our team. We have a great team culture and we strive to deliver the best possible experiences for our customers. We service: Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Issaqua, Mercer Island, and more. This is a great opportunity for the right person who wants to grow into more of a leadership position over time.

We are looking for an individual who isn’t afraid to work hard, including some evenings and weekends. Responsibilities:

• Estimating, Sales, & Marketing
• Participating in the project management
• Customer Service
• Following up with customers
• Maintaining communication with customers through job completion
• Work closely with Paint Crews to ensure customer satisfaction
• Consistently hit weekly goals

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and insurance
• Working vehicle
• Excited about performance-based pay
• Sales & customer service experience
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Goal oriented and motivated
• Organized and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction: 3 years (Required)
• In home sales: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
