Pay

• Base pay starts at $15.50/hr and up to $18+/hr after tips.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service (i.e. greet and thank customer and build their bowls accurately)
• All Team Members share the responsibility of front and back of the house duties (i.e. prepping, setting up front counter, dishwashing, cleaning)
• Ensuring front counter is clean and presentable at all times
• Cashier duties - Initiate and complete customer transactions quickly and accurately
• Memorize our menu and be able to answer menu-related questions
• Other tasks as requested by the Supervisor or Manager

Qualifications

• While prior restaurant experience is a plus, no prior experience is necessary. However, all Team Members will be required to be CA Food Handler’s certified.
