Fast Fit Foods is a rapidly growing local company in Colorado Springs. We are the market leader in meal prep in Colorado Springs. This position will start with 22-29 hours per week, with hourly pay starting at $15.50. We are looking for new staff members that are here for the long haul and want to grow as the company grows.

Responsibilities:

-You'll bring a positive and upbeat demeanor with an emphasis on customer service to work each day.

-Have a genuine desire to help people and uncover real goals so you can effectively offer out products to customers that need them.

-Must have attention to detail. You are expected to maintain both our supplement inventory as well as our meal inventory. This requires you to take frequent and accurate counts of all inventory and place orders accordingly.

-Manage time well and be able to work effectively in a retail environment without supervision

-Competitive and performance based environment which requires you to be constantly open minded and take feedback well. We are constantly improving, trying new techniques and always trying to find the best way to serve our customers. -Must have a reliable vehicle.

-Must have a flexible schedule as schedules can rotate throughout the week.

Candidates should have some combination of experience like:

• 2+ years direct sales experience, preferably in a fitness or gym environment.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Certificate or Degree in nutrition/physiology/anatomy is helpful but not required. Personal training or equivalent experience is helpful but not required.
