Job Description
We are looking for a retail sales associate to work at a new store location at the Castle Rock outlet mall. Will be able to independently open, close, & manage all duties of retail sales at Taspen’s Organics.

Location: Outlets at Castle Rock

Job Details:
Full-time (30+ hours per week) or Part-time available

Pay Range:

• $20-$25/hr total compensation: $15 hourly base pay + commission + bonuses + tips

Must be available on weekends

Job Duties

● Managing Retail Sales Independently
● Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to make product recommendations, respond to customer questions and educate customers on herbal remedies
● Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
● Drive sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
● Proactively reach out to customers and promote products and company
● Independently process payments by totaling purchases, processing cash, credit, or debit cards customers using the store’s payment system
● Receive customer returns and accurately fill out return forms, process returns, and follow

FDA-compliant return process
● Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise

Requirements:
● A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
● Ability to maintain a professional appearance
● Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills
● Ability to problem-solve independently and respond quickly to help customers
● Demonstrate a passion for herbal products and CBD products

● Interact with a high level of interpersonal skills and demonstrate the ability to reach out to customers

● Positive and friendly attitude
● Excellent customer service skills
● Able to figure out solutions autonomously
● Demonstrated selling skills

Ideally, we are looking for someone:

• Who is passionate about organic and natural products
• Knowledgable about Hemp products & CBD
• Proven sales abilities

We will provide training on herbs, Hemp CBD, and sales techniques

Physical requirements*:
● Must be able to lift 50 lbs
● Must be able to stand for long periods of time
