St. Thomas More Hospital, a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, is the cornerstone of health care services for Fremont County and surrounding southern Colorado communities. St. Thomas More offers 24hour emergency and trauma services; inpatient acute care; intensive care; labor, delivery, and nursery care; multi-modal diagnostic imaging; inpatient and outpatient surgical services; rehabilitation services; cardiopulmonary rehab and diagnostics; sleep studies; an infusion center; wound care; and a community blood bank. We are on a mission to provide high quality care with zero harm to patients and associates.
We are a high reliability organization with positive patient outcomes. Our board-certified physicians specialize in emergency medicine, internal medicine, urology, bariatric services, obstetrics/gynecology services, general surgery, orthopedic surgery and osteopathic treatment.

The House Supervisor is responsible for coordination and direction of safe and efficient patient care and throughput in the hospital by providing a communication link with ED, patient registration, LIPs and nursing units. As a House Supervisor at Centura you will also:
- Serve as clinical resource person in delivery and supervision of direct and indirect care processes.
- Provide competent leadership and direction for all hospital Codes and emergency management.
- Act as agent for department and hospital executives when they are not present and reports concerns and events to the designated administrator on call.
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- Two years clinical RN experience required
- 1-year clinical leadership experience, preferred
- BSN required within 2 years of hire
- MSN preferred
- RN License to practice in Colorado or Kansas as applicable
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
- PALS or ENPC required upon hire or within three months of hire/transfer

$38.43 - $64.96 / hour
