Immediate hiring! We are seeking a Rock Climbing Wall And Bungee Trampoline Amusement Operator to join our team! This is a mobile business which travels to area fairs, carnivals and private events around the Lehigh Valley and Poconos. This is an all outdoor job, and open to the elements which requires working in the sun, heat, and cool weather.
Responsibilities:

Ability to work with people. You will be strapping people in a harness and give instructions to the patron
Operation of equipment, which requires hooking up patron to equipment and spot person
Attention to detail and safety
Perform routine maintenance tasks
Ability to work outdoors in sometimes less than optimal conditions
Ability to travel and have own transportation

We have a rock climbing wall bungee trampoline combination amusement that we take to area events. www.LVRockGym.com
It needs to have an operator at each station who straps patron in a harness. Then hooks the patron up to the equipment by means of a carabiner. On Bungees you winch the person up and adjust to their ability just by means of a simple switch. Also will have to spot the patron to ensure their safety.
All operations will be thoroughly taught and you will not be alone as owner also operates along with other staff
Unfortunately, due to nature of equipment, there is no way to provide shelter or shade from sun or elements. This may involve working in the heat and you may wish to provide your own protection (sunscreen, hat). I do always keep cold drinks available to you. Occasionally we get rained out where we seek shelter for the time or shutdown completely
Travel and mobility is our business so being able to travel and have own transportation is of utmost importance.
This is a seasonal part-time position. Most events are on the weekends, but there are a couple that include weekdays. Please go over included schedule of booked events to make sure you are available to work and travel to these. While not imperative that you work all, the more the better. More hours may be available to help set up and at the end of most events for break down.
Even though there is some down time, a lot of these events get extremely busy and intense which you will be on your feet most of the time and occasionally run past closing time
Pay rate is $15 per hour, though it ends up being a little more as since there is not a time clock to punch, I always round up in your favor. And I pay straight through, breaks included. Bonus! If you stay all season, or in case of school pre-arranged date, you will received $50 cash bonus.

Wed 7, 5pm to 8pm and break down after, private event Wescosville Elementary, 1064 Liberty Lane

Sat 10, 1:30pm to 4;30pm, Private event, Tuscarora Inn, 3300 River Road, Mt. Bethel. welcome to ride along, leave at 9:30am to set up. all paid.

Thursday 15 and Friday 16, 5pm to 10 pm. Sat 17, noon to 10 pm. Kempton Fair, 83 Community Center Drive.
